@Andy - Switched a bunch of my tags to the way cooler l/c with underscore look. Definitely adds the look of credibility to our blog. Combine that with Nick's well-written CD reviews, and the high-hitting Beatlesque list, and God... We're on our way to something big. I can feel it.
As for the MGMT disc. I'll get it, but I have set my own personal expectations low. Small track list means longer tracks. I like lots of short songs, not fewer longer ones. And, I've heard there's a 12-minute song that's made up of like 8 smaller songs. Not sure what I'll think of that. Usually, not much with that sort of thing.
Vocally and phrasing-wise this sounds like The Undertones except for the first 20 sec, a bit in the middle, and the meltdown at the end. Pretty psychedelic!! Of course, a thumbs up!
